Seattlest Trivia Tonight: You Know the Drill
On the off chance that you don't know the drill, let us introduce you:
Seattlest James hosts the pub quiz tonight at the Old Pequliar in Ballard.
The quiz starts at 8:00. Signup starts at 7:45. Jockeying for tables starts even earlier -- we've heard rumors that you should be there by 7:00 if you want to guarantee a seat. Given that we always have a seat behind the microphone, we're not experts on that.
It costs $5 per team to play. Teams can have up to 5 people. The Old Pequliar doubles the pot, and first, second, and third-place teams win cash. The last place team wins swag, usually t-shirts and caps, sometimes a bottle opener.
There's always a geography round, a movie round, and two picture rounds. And last week's fourth place team selected a topic for this week: Jim Henson's Muppets (as opposed to all those other Muppets out there).
