<description>&lt;p&gt;Since you&apos;ve already answered the LOMO question, I&apos;ll tell you that this can be just north of the EMP.  I have no idea what it&apos;s called, who made it or why it&apos;s there, it just is and manages to be pretty interesting in the process.
