Come on, let&apos;s be responsible here. The story says nothing of the sort. So Scripps is considering selling its newspaper division. That&apos;s a far cry from shuttering any of the papers.

Sure, a lot of newspapers are struggling these days. But I think you&apos;d be very surprised to learn how many make a very healthy profit. The King County Journal was a mediocre newspaper in a highly competitive market. It&apos;s hardly representative of the entire industry.

But I am sure that there are a whole bunch of people over at the Kitsap sun that are going to have themselves a nice strong cocktail and breath in a paperbag tonight.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
