  • Dave Neiwert is absolutely worth reading. Glad to see him getting the mention here. But did you really need to make the direct link to Malkin? My browser feels all dirty now.

  • Don't you mean that trans-fat bans in NYC aren't going to affect the content of pastries sold at Starbucks? (they claim that the switch was made regardless of the new regs.)
