<description>&lt;p&gt;Good point, Dan.  Although the service is currently in a closed beta, we should definitely have a way for users to sign up to be notified when GOOSE is available in their area.  I just added a small form to the bottom of our site - hopefully this will do the trick.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
