christina, thanks for the clarification. i was next to the "hate your friends" guys, and was looking at one of them as the band filed out, turned around and the band was back off the stage. i couldn't quite make out what happened, and with all the confusion the story i got was the one i posted. in either case, yeah, after all these years on tour you'd think evan would have a thicker skin.

evan didn't storm off because of the 'hate your friends', it was a tiny little 'wrap it up!' request. maybe from the bus driver that had to drive idaho, i don't know, but it was enough to piss him off. so sensitive. this was verified by evan the drummer, who mentioned that it was going to be a two song encore, that included 'rudderless'. i saw the bouncer kick out that guy, who was just standing there with his arms around his girlfriend, minding his own business. the bouncer definitely needs his poopy diaper changed.

Bill Stevenson and Karl Alvarez play on the album, but are not on tour with Evan. The current Lemonheads' live line-up consists of Evan plus Vess Ruhtenberg on bass, and Devon Ashley on drums.
