He was coming down Seneca and had no brakes. To avoid hitting exiting Viaduct traffic head on, he swerved and went through the railing. Lucky bastard walked away from the car onto the stretcher. Also, the dumpster that he landed on had been moved into that position just a short while before it happened. </p>
