I don't think Zack and Kelly were actually married in Vegas. They PLANNED to get married in Vegas, and even went out there with the gang. But as always, hilarity ensued, and they were never able to actually get married there.
They eventually got married in some undefined location, presumably somewhere closer to LA where Jessie was able to join them.
