Re: the rail corridor/King Co. airport swap, I was immediately suspicious on the grounds that it involved the Port. While publicly lauding themselves for SeaTac's stellar management (part of the reason for Mic Dinsmore's latest raise), the Port is also very interested in making sure their current tenants can't escape to greener airfields.
