Jack do you have any idea how piss borring the hour long ferry ride can be if you have to do it twice a day five times a week? Sure it looks all nice durring the day but at night the ferry can be super freaking borring. Go stair at a wall for 10 hours a week and then contemplate if you wanted to have WiFi then.

Thanks Daniel. I was going to say that Jack sounded like he'd been on 3 or 4 ferries in his life and never got past oooing and ahhhing at the scenery.

The flyer I have from WSF says the first routes will be Edmonds/Kingston, Seattle/Bainbridge and Seattle/Bremerton and then they'll release another schedule at some point in the future. If I were you I wouldn't hold my breath for Vashon wifi.

Jack, do you ride a ferry every day? I spend about 5-10% of my life every day on a ferry or waiting for a ferry at a terminal. It sure would be nice to get work done while I'm waiting so I can actually enjoy my time once I'm home.

Which makes me wonder, will there ever be wifi on the Vashon ferries? I've never heard anything about wifi on that route. Which routes have wifi?

I think if people can't unplug during their little ferry ride, then they deserve every cent they're charged.
What happened to, I don't know, reading a book?
