Big Game Tonight--Seahawks vs. Raiders

Think exhibition games don't matter? Tell that to Seahawks DE Joe Tafoya, who needs a good performance tonight to make the team. Tafoya tells the Times:

"This game is probably going to be the most important game for me through my whole career," Tafoya said. "Mentally, you can't think about what's going on upstairs [in the front office] or what's going on outside of the football world I live in, because I have no control over anything like that."

Tafoya (#69), along with fellow defensive ends Kemp Rasmussen (#72) and Chris Cooper (#92), are all veterans with five years of NFL experience. But the three men are battling for--probably--only two spots.
