Down goes Stevens! Down goes Stevens!
Not content with screwing him in the Super Bowl, NFL referees are making it a bit more personal by going after the man's knee.
Seahawks' tight end/beleaguered trash talker/dropper of crucial passes Jerramy Stevens is sidelined at least six weeks after tearing the meniscus in his surgically repaired left knee during "practice."
Do not be cajoled into accepting these so-called truths as offered by sinister media outlets, fans: what is needed here is a full-scale investigation. At the time of the injury on the playing field, where was head Super Bowl referee/nefarious plotter Bill Leavy? Where was Steelers linebacker Joey Porter? We need answers; nay, we demand them.
It saddens us to see coach Mike Holmgren in on the conspiracy - the coach claims "it looks like he got tripped up a bit... and he just kind of came down on his knee." Powerful forces are at work here. Mike has a family to care for and protect, and we can understand his acquiescence. But we must stay vigilant, and we must find out the truth.
In the meantime, Itula Mili will regain the #1 spot on the depth chart.
