<description>&lt;p&gt;Now that would be a decision most of us in Georgetown would LOVE!  Large scale art is so much better than lies about trucks and trash.  (The latest slip up by the city, after promising the trucks would use specific streets is the fact they&apos;re allowing several other cities to use the transfer station, but have no control over those drivers.)
