I noticed people talking in those terms first when I moved to Ann Arbor for grad school.  I think it indicates a deep lack of civic self-esteem.  (although a lot of those references were more about rain than everything else).  

Anyway, I&apos;m from Seattle.  I don&apos;t give a crap about anywhere else.  Poor Seth prolly wants to go home.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
