<description>&lt;p&gt;I bet the police station might have had tranquilizers on hand, and here in Yelm, we have a ton of vets who would have had tranquilizers on hand and available for certain.  They didn&apos;t need to shoot that bull.  It&apos;s just the mindset here by Roy, which is idiot rodeo central.  If it&apos;s lifestock, we can clamp it, hurt it, throw it down and rope it, or shoot it.

There are so many decent farmers in our area that it&apos;s a shame this is the publicity that gets out.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
