The Seattle Times Brings The Funny
Seattle, are you ready to laugh?
Yes, that is what we thought.
Well the Seattle Times hears you loud and clear, and they don't care.
Realizing that they'll need to give their new Week in Review section some much needed zip, they have hired the funniest guy at the Times to pen a series of jokes based on the week's news. So who is this lucky scribe? Dwight Perry? No. Pamela Sitt? No? Ron C. Judd? Sadly, yes.
Judd will use his trademark wit to crack wise on the news of the week. Now before you worry that these will be the same old jokes that you've heard from your co-workers all week, don't you worry. Judd promises that his zingers will be served with a "double shot of attitude."
We don't really know what that means, but we are rolling our eyes already.
According to the Times and Judd, "When the emperor has no clothes, Judd said he'll 'feel obligated to barge into the room and point out the obvious, but all-too-often unspoken.'"
Wow! A humorous slant on the news that won't back down and isn't afraid. There's something you don't find everywhere. Only here, here, here, here, here, here, and about a million other places.
Ron, you're barging into a crowded room.
