<description>&lt;p&gt;You make an excellent point. I&apos;ve noticed this myself, which makes those 8- to 10-minute &quot;please call now&quot; sessions extra-interminable.

The saddest part: the day I timed the 8-minute break, the call count didn&apos;t decrease at all between the beginning of the break and the end. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
