Dean Logan Wants to be in Pictures

Logan.jpgDean Logan is stepping down as head of King County Elections. He will be taking the Los Angeles County Deputy Elections Registrar position-- which will allow him to take improv classes at night.

Logan has released a statement, and cites the partisan attacks from Republicans as his reason for leaving. Logan literally became a lightning rod of controversy following the 2004 gubernatorial election, something state conservatives have yet to let go of. Still don't believe us? Typical. Well read for yourself, here is Sound Politics harping on Logan's political affiliation.

Originally it looked like his resignation meant an end to Rom Sims' plan to move towards all-mail elections by the fall of next year. However, according to David Postman's blog, Sims will still push for the 2007 timeline.

In other political news, some activist judge doesn't think the people can be the deciders.

  • People do get us confused.

I just want to say while I did support Dean I never supported his lame mustache that made him sort of look like Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite. It makes him look like he is about 15.
