Dean Logan Wants to be in Pictures
Dean Logan is stepping down as head of King County Elections. He will be taking the Los Angeles County Deputy Elections Registrar position-- which will allow him to take improv classes at night.
Logan has released a statement, and cites the partisan attacks from Republicans as his reason for leaving. Well read for yourself, here is Sound Politics harping on Logan's political affiliation.
Originally it looked like his resignation meant an end to Rom Sims' plan to move towards all-mail elections by the fall of next year. However, according to David Postman's blog, Sims will still push for the 2007 timeline.
