<description>&lt;p&gt;In a semi-related bit of news I moved in with my girlfriend this weekend and we have five freaking cats. They were all headed to the pound before we adopted them and they are mostly related and they are all fixed. Out here in Kitsap there was a contravercial law in Port Orchard where they made it illegal to feed feral cats and it was an extremely heated debate.
