Son of a biscuit. I completely overlooked that when researching the question at HistoryLink. On the plus side, no one got the question right and used "firearms" as a wrong answer, so it's moot. Oddly, I was thinking that it would be interesting if it was the firearms guy instead of the typewriter guy. Same guy!

Lyman Smith made his fortune in the firearms industry as well as typewriters. He is the "Smith" in "Smith & Wesson"

I would've gotten four of these. I got #10 only because my schoolbus used to go by the Apple Theater, and it was a source of endless out-the-window-gazing-in-absolute-wonderment by me and my 4th grade busmates.

I think I would have gotten three of those (1,4,7), assuming my wild guesses on the multiple choice questions failed to come in. I would have felt stupid for not knowing four (5,6,8,9) and I would have felt like a stupid pervert for not knowing one (10).
