<description>&lt;p&gt;We used to be snappers because one of Cook&apos;s Illustrated&apos;s cookbooks recommended it. Then we saw them on America&apos;s Test Kitchen saying you can just use a knife, and that technique was featured in their magazine. 

Apparently they&apos;ve changed their position on this. And we definitely have.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
