    great link cam

And kudos on the placement of a three column-inch advertisement for the Club Hollywood Casino directly at the end of the article about gambling addiction on page seven. While not as eye-catching as the 10 column-inch advertisement for the same casino on page five, it was much more appropriately placed than the identical advertisement on page six.

In the print edition of the Daily, that article about young gambling addicts is followed by a three-column-inch ad for the Club Hollywood Casino. Ouch.

  • Is anyone gonna talk about the "police action" on Capitol Hill today that shut down 5 blocks? Or is everyone just taking a day off?

Ah, Microsoft Vista: the torment is baked in!

I see in response to the big stock slide Ballmer says they are going to redouble their efforts -- but my math says if they rush Vista through final testing in 5 months (when Windows 2000 took 16), that's "retripling" their efforts.
