<description>&lt;p&gt;When we put on our terrorist hats* and think like a terrorist, it just doesn&apos;t make any sense to sink a boat. What are they gonna do, commandeer a ferry and crash it into the Space Needle?

Tsk tsk. Hijacking for purposes of using the vehicle as an improvised cruise missle is so 2001.  Been done, my old.

Think like a terr - the strategy is to influence by terror.  The tactics chance but have one thing in common - the action must terrorize not just the immediate victims but eveyone who watches.
