You're watching this show "The Deadliest Catch" on Discovery right? If you're not the second season is just starting and typical of modern day television they show every episode eight hundred million times over and over again so you'll have no troubles catching up with the fleet. The show follows a handful of crab fishing vessels up in Alaska through their season with a bunch of cool videography and a ridiculous narrator ("DEATH IS ALWAYS PRESENT AT SEA" and that kind of thing). It's awesome.
People love this kind of show. The guys who build motorcycles, the Monster Garage type stuff; it's all really popular, especially on the web. People loooove the fan sites. See, pussies suddenly love watching TV shows about people who actually work for a living. They love to watch the shows, buy the merch, ahem, write about it on web sites. Our question to you is, where are the hot Deadliest Catch web sites? A lot of the guys on the show are based in Seattle and we suspect that at least some of the F/Vs featured on the show probably spend part of the year docked here, so are there any local sites that obsess about this stuff?

Around The -Ists This Week

I am just pissed that A&E has shit canned Rollergirls and is going to air the last three episodes on Sunday. Oh well I better start going to the Rat City Rollergirl games. Now if only they would video podcast the matches that would be awesome. Hell I would go and do it if they would let me.
Huh huh...Dan said "crab."
"You don't have to go all the way to Alaska to fish for crabs when Capitol Hill is right here..."
