<description>&lt;p&gt;Damn. My Senator Phil Rockefeller was a sponsor of the Senate version of the bill 5515. I&apos;ll thank him for it the next time I see him. Also I tell Derek Kimer about it after he is elected to the State Senate.

Senator Rockefeller sort of looks like James Chromwell
