
-We felt really bad for that guy who fell down an elevator shaft in Bellevue a while back, and it's not like it's any less tragic now...but he did get the elevator to stop between floors in the first place by jumping up and down in it.
-A Puyallup man was found shot dead in the trunk of his car after having an argument with his wife. A real puzzler, wouldn't you say, Holmes?
-Seattle Public Utilities wrapped up a dispute with the Muckleshoots over the rights to the Cedar River Watershed which supplies a huge portion of our drinking water. Under the agreement the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe will be able to hunt in the highly protected area.
-For those of you waiting breathlessly to learn who the Mariners backup catcher and last man on the bench would be, you got your answers today when the Mariners made 11 cuts.
