For far too long communism has threatened to wipe out baseball as we know it. Tonight Ichiro can put an end to all of this with one, or many, swings of the bat.
Now you may be thinking, "Come on Ichiro is far too mild-mannered. There is no way he could stop a nation of blood-thirsty reds." Well then you haven't been watching angry, emotional, screaming-at-fans World Baseball Classic Ichiro.
While the WBC has generated only mild interest in the local 48 states, it has ignited a great deal of passion throughout Latin America and Asia. In Cuba, 90% of all televisions were tuned to Saturday's semi-final victory over the Dominican Republic-- sadly the other 10% were being turned into rafts.
Ichiro endured remonstrance from the Japanese media after poor performances in two games vs. Korea. Saturday night, however, he turned things around and led Japan to a 6-0 victory over their former prostitute factory.
The game will take place in San Diego, a city where Seattle's athletes have faired very well the last few days.
Japan vs. Cuba. One team wins it all the other team goes home (unless Cuba has to go home, because then it's pretty much a free-for-all throughout the Gas Light District).
The game airs at 6pm on ESPN1.

Tuesdays are Muppet Days

DO YOU KNOW NOTHING OF COMMUNISM?
God, the idiocy in the United-States is too much. Communist's are completely pacifist. You think that they are bloodthirsty maniacs because thats what you "heard' in history. OMFG. If I weren't so pacifist I would beat you to death till you bleed from your pores.
It’s called sarcasm, don’t worry little buddy I didn’t really mean it. “For far too long communism has threatened to wipe out baseball as we know it,” and, "There is no way he could stop a nation of blood-thirsty reds." Really, you took that seriously. You must be a hoot a parties.
