Good article,
Ichiro shouldn't have angered the South Koreans by saying that they couldn,t beat Japan in 30 years. It added incentive and motivation to South Korea and more pressure on Japan. It was also very un-Ichiro-like for the usually, quiet and humble player to make a comment like that. Ichiro should also give credit to the South Korean's outstanding performances in their wins over Japan. He should not blame himself. South Korea did play very well and should deserve the credit that it is due. RK
