Link above shows a good view of it and it seems pretty clear from that that it is a barge.  Still, I question whether it&apos;s free-floating.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;That&apos;s good news--sitting out on the barge on a nice day is a great treat. Their happy hour can&apos;t be beat. AND, if you are in a boat, you can tie up there and climb up onto the barge to get drunk before boating some more. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
