Milwaukee is what it is - but it is not the core of a really gigundo metropolitan area.  Seattle is, thus, perhaps, the need to be &apos;world class&apos;?


Heavens if Seattle didn&apos;t aspire to that then Bremerton would steal the title .. and THEN where would y&apos;all be?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
