<description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks for posting this.  Because of you, my dog and I had a great time on Sunday exploring this giant beach.  The water facilities are there, but were not functioning in mid-March.  A regular visitor indicated that the water is only turned on in warmer weather.  It just goes to show that it&apos;s always best to pack plenty of water for your fuzzy buddy.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
