-Tomorrow's judgement day for the Spokane mayor accused of using his office to futher his gayness.

-The snowboarder who was lost overnight at Stevens Pass turned out to actually be lost on his friend's couch. An outstanding drunk driving warrent for his arrest was promptly served. Guys, uh, cell phones? Try it out sometime.

-Speaking of DUIs, Rashard Lewis was charged with driving under the influence today. Yeah, we also thought, "who drives drunk on a Monday afternoon?" Actually, the arrest happened two months ago.

-Local tech outfit RealNetworks launched their iTunes copy today.

It is not the fact that Mayor Jim West is gay it is the fact that he was using his office to bribe underage boys into having sex with him. It is not the fact that he is an anti-gay gay republican but he is a repressed statutory rapist that abused his office to further his sex life.

That is a thousand times worse than Bill Clinton messing around with an intern and does not even come close to lying about Iraq to bring us into war.

I went to the State Democrats holiday party on Sunday and I asked Senator Murray when Senator Cantwell will join her in opposing the Iraq war. Then I asked Senator Cantwell when she is going to support the Murtha plan to end the war. She said that she already did with a past vote. I told her staff that she needs to come out and atone for her October 2002 vote for the Iraq war if she wants to get the Washington state grass roots motivated.
