Man on the run, maaaaaan on the-
What I want from each and every one of you is a hard-target search of every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse and doghouse in that area. Checkpoints go up at fifteen miles. Your fugitive's name is James Praefke. Go get him.
Make sure you've got that mase clutched tightly in your pocket as you walk the streets and deadbolt the doors when you get home - We've got a fugitive on the loose. Bangor Naval Base Kitsap brig lost one James Tait Praefke, aviation technician. Praefke was incarcerated for swiping small arms munitions before he escaped Sunday and he is currently fugitating at large. Need we state that he's armed and dangerous?
Praefke's wife has been relocated due to fears he might show up at her house in his armed and dangerous state, but so far the Naval Criminal Investigative Service has failed to register him on their Most Wanted list. The P-I reports that a bulletin from NCIS stated:
Praefke could be "armed and dangerous and likely to resist arrest," noting "a history of weapons use, bomb making and pro-militia, anti-law enforcement, anti-government" practices and beliefs.
