More Art Less Walk
It looks like it's going to rain all weekend (T-Storms even!) and frankly there's not a lot going on barring Citizen Cope, which is sold out. Yeah, you should try to get in to the Robert WIlliams thing, but as Seattlest Silvie suggested in the comments, you may have to go early and spend some time waiting in line. In the rain. Tonight's also Bright Eyes, but since he sucks there's no way you'll be going to that.
We would like to suggest the CoCA Annual on Saturday night, though. Someone who actually knows about such things raved "it's better than in the past," and when we were in the gallery earlier this week we saw most of the work in various stages of display and give it a completely ignorant thumbs up. Really, it looks very well coordinated and there are some great local artists involved so it's more than something to keep you out of the weather after a long day of sharpening your edges and trying on your boots, but it'll do that as well.

My wife and I are going to the Urban Craft Uprising on Sunday. 50+ vendors, tons of handmade stuff.
I'd have done a post, but I just found out about this last night, and that link contains everything I know about this event.

Ooo, nice event. I'm going to the "Polish Bazaar" this weekend, for which there is no link.
Uh, probably not for the public at large...

Oh, and I'll be at mindcamp

Hey Dan, if you meet a guy named H.B. Siegel at mindcamp, please tell him I said hello and long time no see. That, and we expect a post about spending that much time with Phillip Torrone in the room--I still adhere to the rumor that he's a robot that never sleeps...
