I am writing just to agree with Linda Dolman. Someone has to get in touch with Debbie and tell her not to even think of releasing that squirrel into the wild. She should at least take it to an animal sanctuary.

Please caution Debbie Cantlon about the advisability of letting Finnegan the squirrel loose into the wild. The squirrel hasn't properly imprinted that dogs/coyotes are "enemies" and would probably be promptly eaten. The story is great, just made me sad to think about the probably outcome of release.
