Glo, R.I.P.?

Seattlest sang the praises of the landmark Capitol Hill eatery Glo's in previous posts not worth linking to now, but when we heard the rumor this morning that Glo's namesake passed away, we suddenly felt like we hadn't written nearly enough.

Since we're not a source of actual journalism, but instead merely a blog, we'll just hope that the rumor isnt true. We'll hit the beloved local diner on a less crowded weekday morning soon with fingers crossed, trusting that Glo will still be there to impose more coffee on us than we could possibly want to drink, and we'll hate our neighbor's vile roommate for lying to us about her passing. If the rumor turns out to be true, then we'll defer the appropriate obituary writing to the professionals.
