I think Slate is fairly stable under the Wall St. Journal. There are some things going on behind the curtain at the Seattle Weekly currently, but I don't think it's anything that's going to lead to them halting publication anytime soon. The P-I would obviously be The Big One and I haven't heard any news on that front lately. I don't have any official information, but the smaller community papers like the Seattle Sun and Star may be on shaky ground. And, actually I see some new Seattle-based print publications hitting the streets soon.

So what Seattle based media outlet do yo think is going to belly up next? My money is on the Seattle Weekly or the The Seattle PI post breakup with the Seattle Times. Or it could always be MSN Slate.
