Chicago Makes Seattle Better

Seattle loves its house music. Following San Francisco, we're a veritable hotbed of the west coast house sound. As such, we should all do our part to get out there tonight and celebrate House Unity Day.

As proclaimed by the mayor of Chicago on the anniversary of the seminal Trax Records, today is the day where should all do our part to recognize our musical heritage. There wouldn't be a west coast sound today if house music hadn't burst out of Chicago's underground first. Get out there tonight and pay your respects.
