Baltimore City Paper cartoonist Tim Kreider will appear in Seattle tonight for the explicit purpose of offending all the conservatives he can find at Third Place Books at the ungodly Marxist-Leninist hour of 7:30PM sharp. He will allegedly sign his name to any and all available copies of Why Do They Kill Me?, which is his book collection of biased liberal cartoons. If he feels so inclined, he may also speak on the political matters.
Seattlest recalls a pleasant evening a year ago or so, when we read Kreider’s previous book, The Pain When Will It End?, which made us laugh almost as hard as that time in the late ‘90s when we first discovered Bill Hicks, with whom Kreider shares a scathing scorched-earth style of comedy informed by the bleakest of world views. Go get his autograph before Rove has him killed.

Sweet I need that book. I also love Sutton Impact and think that Ted Rall has the biggest balls of any politcal cartoonist.
