Sonics Choose Weiss-ly

Current assistant coach, original player, and Stephen Tobolowsky look-alike Bob Weiss has been offered the Sonics head coaching job, if the Tacoma News-Tribune is to be believed.

Weiss was at the head of the bench in the late 80s and early 90s with the Spurs, Hawks, and Clippers, compiling a 210-282 record.

The Sonics have employed Weiss as an assistant since 1994. In our view, after that long, anyone deserves a promotion. Unless it's Joe Biden.
