<description>&lt;p&gt;It is deceptive to call it a 33% tax increase since it is only a third more of the existing state tax. Your price at the pump is not going to go up 33% but rather pennies on a dollar that will be eased in over a decade. I am sure the Texans and Saudis will screw the American gas buyer much worse than the pennies that the state needs to fix the roads. Should we tax SUV owners more to fix the roads? You freaking bet we should.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
