what a great story this dawn is. i listened to a story about her on This American Life over the weekend and then googled her and was happy to see the story linked on Seattlest.

You know Quiznos corporate should hire her and make her district manager. I love how in Seattle even the local corporate chain sub shop and try to stand on their own when their owners gave up on them.
