<description>&lt;p&gt;I completely agree about the stale celebration of corporate rock in their permanent archives.  However, I applauded their Jesse Bernstein exhibit last year opposite the captivating Annie Leibovitz exhibit.  Their films were also quite good, featuring Sun Ra&apos;s Space is the Place, The Blank Generation, and more.  It&apos;s a shame they&apos;ve been discontinued.

Off the top of my head, if the building were vacated I would turn it into a multilevel skate park.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
