Special Edition: Not So Special

After the heartbreak of Willard's premature ejection from Survivor, we were primed and ready for Seattle's Alex to continue his quiet rise to power on The Apprentice.

Instead we got a clip show.

We did get to see Alex's audition tape go by in a blur (something about apple trees, a dirt bike, and we swear we saw a rifle in there), and we got to see Seattle Verna's exit interview with Trump. It just made us miss Verna and her spectacular flameout.

Next week, the teams will compete in a heartwarming Extreme Makeover Home Edition ripoff.

Alex may go far because it seems that what gets someone fired on The Apprentice is their behavior in front of the Donald more than how bad they bungled the task. Aggressive wannabees will gnash their teeth at the power of the Milquetoast!
