America's Next Top Model 4
New means of communication have always ushered in radical changes in our societal structure. The internet, the television, and the telephone have irrevocably changed our day-to-day existence. The latest communication method our society will have to prepare for is TyraMail. What is TyraMail, you ask. Is it some super-fast, spam-free, ultra-secure tool?
Well frankly, no. It's the name for the notes super model Tyra Banks sends to the contestants in episodes of America's Next Top Model. You can check out TyraMail when season 4 of America's Next Top Model starts up tomorrow on UPN. On the show, 14 models compete in various model-themed competitions where their performance is judged by "modelling experts." (It is hard, by the way, not to giggle when typing "modelling experts" and "model-themed.")
After checking out the show's web site, our early favorites are Kahlen from Broken Arrow, Indiana for picking Waiting for Guffman as her favorite movie and Miami, Florida resident Tiffany who shares our love for Popeye Chicken's spicy wings.
While none of the previous winners of the show have in fact gone on to really become America's next top model, it's a fun show to watch. Our favorite moment of last season was after the contestants were flown to Japan and Norelle was asked for her opinion about the food there and she replied that the only time she ever eats Japanese food is at Panda Express.
The show airs tomorrow night at 8pm on KSTW.
