Illegal activity seems pretty black &amp; white to me: don&apos;t go poaching bald eagles and you&apos;re in the clear, but poach one, and you&apos;ve hopped on the train to illegal-ville. If the quote means that there&apos;s some sort of larger organization behind this, well, okay. You don&apos;t go poaching to brag to your friends, you poach for the monetary value of the artifacts harvested.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
