Snow Help

Despite some snow over the weekend local ski conditions are "spring-like" at best and many area lifts remain stationary. Check websites or call before leaving the city if you're counting on chair lifts. Be aware of what the conditions are like in the area before hiking up.
- Stevens Pass is closed.
- Snoqualmie is closed, despite 10" since Friday. They did hold Mudstock over the weekend and have a letter to pass holders up here.
- Mt. Baker is open if you're up for the drive. They received 32" of snow since Friday. Seattlest thinks Baker would somehow get snow if it were moved to Arizona.
- Crystal Mountain is closed, but will, of course, open when possible.
- Mission Ridge is managing to stay open for weekends only through a mixture of luck and man-made snow.
We are still in suspended operations, waiting for sufficient snowfall. We received some this weekend, but not enough to run lifts. Call us optimistic, but we have not given up on winter yet and will see what the weather brings later this week! Please check back periodically for updates.
